Coaching Style
For me coaching is about creating space for awareness and gaining clarity. We work together to identify your goals and find what works for you to shift out of old thought patterns/ beliefs and create the change you want. We explore new ideas/ perspective as you discover and evaluate options and then create solutions for long term success. I have been described as an "anchor" to which coachees can tether themselves to as they explore. Grounded, calm and empathic are often used as my key strengths. I pride myself on being direct and honest while remaining supportive, compassionate and empowering.
